These pirates be unlike any ye’ve seen before! This is Anne Bonny and Mary Read, a fierce female pirate duo based on real 19th century women. They’re here to capture your attention as they regale the crowd with stories of adventure, from hoisting the sails to fighting the fearsome kraken of the deep. With each story they climb and twist in the air, performing three exciting aerial acts that will hold their audience captive.

The Aerial Pirate Show delivers a bit of history and whole lot of entertainment!

Be sure to yell “Ahoy!” when they ask you to join their crew though. Otherwise, they may just make you walk the plank.

The Aerial Pirate Show is 25 minutes long. It features two female performers and 3 aerial acts: aerial rope, silks, and a duo hoop act. The show can be performed outdoors (weather permitting) or indoors. It is perfect for families, but can also be adapted for an older audience by adding some more bawdy jokes. The show is interactive, with one part where participation is encouraged but not forced as the pirates lead the audience in a jig.

We travel with a free-standing aerial rig, wireless mics, and can provide a speaker and power source if needed, making this show a perfect option for festivals. CONTACT US NOW to start the conversation!
